Bowling Green Ride Event

Come and join the Friends of Army Aviation at the airport in Bowling Green, Kentucky.  We are offering rides in the legacy UH-1 Huey helicopter.

Ride cost of $75.00 per person.

All minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied on the ride by a parent or legal guardian.  Children 16-17 may ride alone with written permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Helicopter ride tickets may be purchased either online or at the ride event.  Online tickets may be purchased up to 1 day prior to the event, after this point online sales will not be available and will indicate that tickets are no longer available.  However, tickets may still be purchased at the ride event location.

• Onsite Tickets: Tickets may be purchased at the ride event using cash or credit card.  Please purchase your ticket not later than 2 hours prior to the published end of the event time.
• Online tickets: Tickets are good for 1 ride on 1 day of the ride event.  Please plan to arrive not later than 2 pm to be processed for the ride.  Online ticket sales are not available the day of the ride event.
• Check flight times: Once you have been processed you will be given a color-coded wrist band and a lift number (example Royal Blue 10). On our website is a tab labeled “TIMES” to check your flight schedule for your show time, briefing time and flight takeoff time.  With this information we ask that you be at your designated briefing tent not later than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled briefing time. Please check our website “TIMES” tab as it is continually updated.
